Delivery

We currently only deliver within the island of Ireland.

Delivery options available are either Standard Post or Registered Post.

Postal rates are calculated by reference to the weight, size and destination of the item you are posting, reflecting the cost of processing and delivering those items. We use An Post for all deliveries.

If we receive an order back as Undeliverable due to Insufficient Address Details, the Customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs where the address has been input exactly as provided upon order.

returns & exchanges

Refunds/Exchanges will be allowed within 7 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for any return/exchange delivery charges.

Personalised items can not be returned unless incorrect.
